When you book me to interpret your genetic report, I need access to your Livewello data (sounds simple right?), but navigating Livewello isn’t as obvious as it could be, so I’ll talk you through it here in case you run into trouble.

THERE ARE 3 DIFFERENT OPTIONS FOR SHARING YOUR LIVEWELLO REPORT WITH A PRACTITIONER

1. The easiest way is to:

log into your Livewello account >

select your variance report >

click print >

save a copy to my documents folder >

download PDF.

When you make your booking via my booking software, upload this file to your booking when prompted. Simple!

(You’ll need to forgive the slightly blurry graphics, I hope they give you the gist)

2. If that doesn’t work for you, you can share your data with me straight from Livewello, by copying and pasting my account practitioner account details  https://livewello.com/health/village?add-me=azelkia into your browser search bar. It’ll prompt you to log into your Livewello account and ask whether you’d like to give me access to your data. (Which you do!)

3. Another way to send me a link to your data straight on Livewello. Follow  the step above:

log into your Livewello account >

select your variance report >

click print >

Instead of saving a copy, you can send me the link

select uncheck to enable share link

then copy and paste the link in an email to me or via PM on Facebook
