Package Deals FAQ

I’ve put together some package deals to help you budget your Naturopathic care over a longer period of time.

I’ll cover some FAQ’s below, but feel free to comment below, call me, or send an email if something isn’t covered and you have further questions.

  1. How does billing work? Once you select your package, the booking software will link to the secure payment gateway STRIPE and your credit card will be debited with the first payment. Your credit card will be debited again either fortnightly or weekly depending on the billing frequency of your plan and you’ll be emailed a receipt of payment.

  2. How do I schedule my appointment? After your payment is processed, you will recieve an email within 5 minutes that contains your unique package code and a link to make your first appointment. You continue to use this code to schedule all your further package bookings.

  3. Can I cancel my package? Yes! If there are payments outstanding for services you have already used, I’ll isssue an invoice and charge your stored card. If you have only used what you have paid for, you may cancel your subscription at any time and return to paying for your consults as you need them. If you have any remaining consults owed to you that you have already paid for, please call me on 0490 808 974 to decide on the best way to use them.

4. I consult with clients worldwide (with the exception of clients located in the USA, Canada and South America) booking are easily made online using the appointment calendar, you see the available appointments in your local time.

  1. We reserve the right to offer new packages at any time and vary the terms or cancel any of the existing packages. We will always communicate these changes to you via email so that you may make the deicision that suits you best.
