Is telehealth included in every tier?
Yes. Every tier runs via telehealth, available across Australia and the United States. Bri is based in Perth, on Australian Western Standard Time (AWST).
What’s the difference between the Herb Subscription and Biotoxin Breakthrough?
The Herb Subscription is self-directed maintenance: a short consult, a monthly check-in, and custom herbs auto-shipped to your door. It suits people who are mostly well or who’d rather manage their own recovery.
Biotoxin Breakthrough is the full transformation container: comprehensive testing, custom herbs shipped monthly, appointments with Bri, and full private support with Sonja (intuitive healing, beliefwork) and Aryana (somatic work, breathwork), one integrated team for a complete 12-month recovery.
People who are very traumatised, or whose nervous system is badly dysregulated, need more than herbs and clinical appointments. That’s the whole team working together for a reason: the nervous system, emotional, and belief work alongside Bri isn’t an add-on for these cases, it’s what makes the clinical work actually land.

You want Bri’s clinical expertise directly: individualised naturopathic protocols, ongoing review, and someone adjusting your treatment as you go. Nervous system work is either being sourced elsewhere or isn’t something you need right now.

Are payment plans available?
Payment plans are available for Just Bri and Biotoxin Breakthrough. The Herb Subscription and the Diagnostic Plan are not available on a payment plan.
Do you treat MCAS?
I see a lot of patients with MCAS alongside tick-borne illness or toxic mould and CIRS. It’s not something I treat as its own stand-alone specialty, separate from those two. It usually shows up as part of that wider picture, not in isolation.
