Peter from Ticna and Conquering Chronic Illness had the opportunity to speak again with the lovely Briana Gunn naturopath from Western Australia about understanding tick diseases in Australia and how she helps people with these in her clinical practice. We covered many topics about ticks and the main Australian diseases of Rickettsias and Q Fever as well as discussed the issues about Lyme and borrelia here and overseas and testing and diagnosis. Plus to finish we chatted about the issues with mould that many people with tick infections also may have that complicates peoples conditions. We also chatted that people with MECFS and Fibromyalgia are not investigated fully enough to rule in or our tick other vector and mould issues. Its wonderful to know there are practitioners like Briana that are so passionate and knowledgable about these topics that people can be provided with understanding and hope so desperately needed in Australia.
