This simple, delicious cough medicine really takes the tickle out of a cough, soothes a sore throat and boosts immunity.
Ingredients:
3 tbs raw local honey (jarrah or manuka are best)
1 tbs grated fresh ginger (or dried)
1 tbs grated fresh turmeric (or dried)
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
Combine all in a jar.
Store in the fridge.
Dosing: 1 tsp as needed to relieve symptoms. May be taken neat or diluted in hot water as a tea.
